The BBC filmed a four-month round the world cruise on board the Fred. Olsen cruise ship Balmoral earlier this year for a prime time series on BBC2 - and Sea Shell Communications undertook PR liaison on board for the second leg of the voyage, from Mexico to Australia.

Rachael Jackson from Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines (FOCL), Sea Shell Communications, Sue Wilcock from Trebuchet PR, and Rachel and Kevin Sloane from Rachel Sloane Partnerships Ltd, each spent 3-4 weeks on board, working with the BBC to ensure that filming went smoothly.

The series, entitled 'The Cruise: A Life at Sea', was transmitted from Tuesday 9th July and for five successive weeks, at 8.30pm on BBC2.
